This was a beautiful and refreshing article to read. I first came here to seek information, but I stayed and am glad to have done so. I know it's been quite a while since this has been published, but I wanted to sincerely ask if, the artist featured in here, @_heretic_ceramics, is still active, and if not, if something has happened. English is not my first language so, I'll warn before I start explaining myself. I've been trying to find some of their work, but they seem to have erased all they could about themselves, besides the comic "We Will No Longer Have to Cover Each Other’s Wounds" which I believe is under their real name, Siyuan Wen. I fell in love with snippets of their art and I'm really saddened I can't consume the rest of it, I felt deeply connected to all I saw. I understand life has his way, and I hope they're onto better things. But, if it's not irrespectful, anything about their state, if they're fine, if someone knows them, would be enough. I'm sorry for this long comment. Thank you if you've read until here and I sincerely apologize for the bother.
Thank you for this note! I'm glad you stayed. I found this IG profile with some of the pieces I posted here from heretic ceramics; I think it's the same creator, just with a different name. It could also just be a collation of their work combined with others.
You've brightened this day with your kindness and I'm sure many other with your writing, now that I'm suscribed. I'm so glad you answered. Thank you so much for your help!
I resonate with these goals so much, as they’re what I’m trying to breakdown through my Substack as well (in my own ways haha). It’s truly refreshing finding others who want to do the same! Congratulations on one year, and I wish for an even more fruitful year ahead of you 💚

Thanks, it's great to hear we're working towards the same goals. It really takes all kinds. I'm glad this post resonated with you!
